PRAYER COORDINATORS |

The prayer coordinator(s) organize, schedule, and provide leadership for the ministry’s prayer activities. Together with the pastor the prayer coordinator(s) give energy and direction to the ministry’s organization and specific prayer requests |

TREASURERS |

The treasurers oversee the management of the financial affairs of the organization, which includes basic tasks like selecting a bank, reconciling bank statements, and managing cash flow. |

SOCIAL MEDIA DIRECTORS |

The social media directors are responsible for helping maintain the ministry website, create creative content for social media, and maintain and evolve the branding of the ministry. |

ADMINISTRATORS |

The administrators provide weekly announcements for the ministry and make sure all announcements and events from The Plug are given to Sis Stemley. They will maintain contact information for prospective and current members. |

RECRUITERS |

The recruiters will find new members to join the ministry and make sure all new members’ information is recorded and on file for the council. |

EVENT COORDINATORS |

The event coordinators will Keep track of all yearly calendar events and make sure all forms of announcements are given in a timely manner to the administrator. They will have events planned out to be executed effectively by any volunteers. |

SINGLES LEAD COORDINATOR |

The singles lead coordinators will recruit an and keep track of all single young adults in the ministry. They will create events, and opportunities for young adult singles to be active in ministry. |

COLLEGE LIASONS |

The college liaisons will be responsible for serving, pouring, and supporting young adults in college whether they are members or nonmembers. |
