Step 1: Complete your Spiritual Gifts Survey

Click the image below to begin the Spiritual Gifts online survey. The survey will open in a new tab allowing you to easily return to this page to submit your results. When finished, save your results and then return to this page to complete step 2.

Step 2: Submit your survey results

Have you completed your Spiritual Gifts survey (step 1 above)? Click on the big blue submit button below to submit your survey results to us. When step 2 is complete, return to this page for step 3.
